Killer H.A.S. workout going to start doing these 2x a week

Sorry. I may just seem ignorant, but what is an H.A.S workout? It looks tough whatever it is.

The H.A.S work out is running up the side of a Harden Aircraft Shelter. large concrete structure with about a 45-50 degree angles. Run up one side and down the other to comeplet one set. started with 5x for the first. running the second set tonight going to try 7.
