No. I'm just running when my schedule permits. not as much as I would like. I'm going to start working in some pyremid speed runs. starting at 100M and working up to 800m sprint than back down to 100m.

The H.A.S work out is running up the side of a Harden Aircraft Shelter. large concrete structure with about a 45-50 degree angles. Run up one side and down the other to comeplet one set. started with 5x for the first. running the second set tonight going to try 7.
